DIDI & PIPPI operates an online store offering e-books, digital creative works, and print-on-demand products. Because many of our products are created or produced specifically in response to an individual order, all purchases are considered final and are generally non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please Order Carefully

We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, formats, dimensions, editions, personalization details, and order information before completing a purchase. Once an order has been submitted, cancellations may not be possible because production or digital fulfillment may begin immediately.

Digital Products

Due to the nature of digital products, including e-books and downloadable creative works, digital purchases are non-refundable once access, delivery, or download has been initiated, except where a refund or other remedy is required by applicable law.

Print-on-Demand Products

Print-on-demand products are produced specifically after an order is placed. We do not accept returns or provide refunds for buyer's remorse, incorrect selections, changes of mind, or customer ordering errors, except where required by applicable law.

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, materially incorrect, or not the product you ordered, please contact DIDI & PIPPI promptly so we can review the issue and determine an appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement or refund where appropriate.

No Refunds

Except as expressly provided in this Policy or required by applicable law, all sales are final. DIDI & PIPPI does not offer refunds, exchanges, or returns for digital products or print-on-demand products.
